Dynamic Warm Up Run

The videos below outline the progressive dynamic warm up for run days. These should be executed after your walking dynamic warm ups. If you're battling any foot, achilles, calf or knee pain, it's best to keep these out of the program for now.

  1. Short, quick skipping (Hands up, drive elbows back)

  2. A skips. (High knee, driving the foot down quickly.)

  3. Skipping for height.

  4. Grapevine, also known as Carioca

  5. Lateral shuffle.
